We're Cruising Oz

Chrissy and Steve, travelling evangelist hippies, are an ‘untameable’ married couple who responded to Jesus' call to "GO - tell 'em I love 'em" by selling what we owned - except our 1985 LiteAce van affectionately known as Buzz - and hitting the road in February 2009.

We basically cruise this country helping individuals, communities and churches in whatever ways we’re able to tap into the love of God. We do this through helping, giving, clothing, feeding, cleaning, serving, encouraging, imparting, preaching, running seminars and anything else we can think of to creatively demonstrate God's love. We don’t see this so much as a ‘mission from God’ but more a natural expression of who we are!

God loves His kids and chose us to go and show ‘em – it’s that simple.

SURF & SUN ON SOUTH COAST

Buzz ventured to the South Coast of New South Wales at the beginning of September. After a 2-week fascinating, crazy, wild, fantastic, fun BABYSITTING stint with our granddaughters Ella and Mia, Buzz has basically been 'EXPLORING' the district since- MORUYA, NATIONAL PARKS, FISHERMAN'S PARADISE, NOWRA ENTERTAINMENT CENTRE, ULLADULLA'S EDGE CAFE, MILTON'S PILGRIMS, BROULEE, CONGO, SHALLOW CROSSING, NARRAWALLEE INLET, MOLLYMOOK BEACH, LILLIPILLI, BATEMAN'S BAY, STARFISH DELI FOR WOODFIRED PIZZA, SHELLY BEACH. From camping-out, fires of an evening, swimming, bushwalking and dining in style at various cafes and restaurants; to friends, family crazy times and the fascinating world of toddlers, we have been thoroughly enjoying ourselves. We have been privileged to be invited to minister at Batemans Bay SOUTHLAND CHURCH and Ulladulla's HIGHWAY CHRISTIAN CHURCH through prayer, communion messages, preaching, speaking at Ladies Breakfast, pastoral visits, morning teas, encouragement - and most of all - what we do best TELLING PEOPLE JESUS LOVES THEM. We have met some fascinating people - Jerry, a third generation woodworker and Adam, a young man visiting from Israel, to name just a few. Buzz took a trip to the PRESCHOOL, where up to ten kiddies at a time fantasised about having a home just like this 'cubby' - and all fell instantly in love! haha. The next 2 weeks will be spent housesitting in Narrawallee on the beach (what a blessing from the Lord) and then we're off to the big smoke of Wollongong to share time with extended family before we head off to PICK CHERRIES until the end of the year. Thanks for your support, prayers and encouragement. Stay in touch through goguinoz29@hotmail.com
